11:01pm, BristolReading before bedtime - it took awhile to get into it but now I really like it!
9:00 pm - UtahFigured out what I was craving and made a double batch - Almond Cake! Yummy stuff! it is super easy, smells the house up deliciously, and I can eat the whole cake by myself (when the kids are in bed!) I did end up taking one cake over to a neighbor to thank her for watching my kids on Friday, but the other cake IS MINE!!!

I will definitely send you the recipe - it is SOOOO easy and quick! it's one of those "hey I have a craving for almond cake"-and-BOOM-there-it-is sort of recipes!
