11:35 am - Delta, UtahScott's uncle from Hurricane, Utah drove 4 hours north to bring us two bushels of apricots, so, even though it wasn't on our schedule, we ended up spending the day juicing 4 gallons worth of apricot juice and still we brought half a box of green apricots home to finish canning after they had ripened a bit more.
